Meticulous planning is the most important step towards a perfect retail outlet. And that’s what we do: We thoroughly analyse the shop situation at hand and consider the project from constructional aspects through to the requirements of corporate design. And then we prepare detailed plans of the installations, both as construction drawings and real-life 3D visualisations. So you will be able to see exactly what you will get from us at any stage of the project, be it in planning or execution. And as we already have many floor plans of major department stores and retail outlets available in our database, this is likely to save you more than just a little planning time.

Sourcing & Supply
With our long-standing experience as premium shopfitters in cosmetics retail, we surely know the trade. We draw on a wide network of trusted partners and suppliers providing us with first-class materials and cutting-edge components as well as with prefabricated products made to order – and made to our specifications: Our close co-operation with specialist manufacturers and suppliers allows us to contribute to the development of viable solutions for innovative design concepts. And it greatly helps to secure both premium quality all along the production chain and highest reliability in the production process.

Production
Our core business is manufacturing top quality woodtech and fixtures: bespoke furniture, standardised installations and furnishings, or tailor-made shop-in-shop systems. All of our products are created and assembled by experienced and excellently trained craftsmen in our modern, state-of-the-art facility in Mvan. Equipped with the latest CNC technology and a separate workshop for surface finishing, we can process virtually all materials and components necessary to manufacture the finest fixtures available.
Logistics
Logistics
Logistics is not only about getting stuff from A to B. This is, in fact, one of the easier parts of the process. To ensure delivery in time, we also take care of customs declarations, work permits, facility access, and all the preliminaries necessary, such as checking access door and elevator width, or whether any event in the neighbourhood might interfere with the shipment. Besides, we always take back used materials – packaging, as well as fittings or furniture – and will either reuse or recycle them.

Service
We take great care of keeping you informed: right from the beginning, by providing you with timely status reports and precise information on your project’s progress, and through to the installation on site. Upon completion, we will immediately report to you on the success — or on rework and rectifications that need to be done. But truly, the latter is rarely the case.
Even the finest quality is subject to wear and tear: an electric converter may bust, mirrors can break or handles be torn off. Such mishaps are inconvenient, of course, but usually may be remedied within a short period of time. Our extensive network of experienced craftsmen and shopfitters is capable of fixing most minor or major incidents on the spot. Just give us a call, and we’ll take care of it.
